Located on Palma de Mallorca, our services include filler removal using Ultra high pressure water blasting (UHP), Post curing of completely faired surfaces and filler refit repairs incorporating complete environment control.
UHP WaterBlasting
Virtually any kind of material separation task can be carried out other than cutting metals. Extremely hard and tenacious coatings such as epoxy resins, plastics, rubbers, tightly adherent corrosion and even radio-active contamination can now be readily and cost effectively removed.
Post Curing
Our infrared heaters heat the surface and monitor the surface heat. A computer controls the curing process section by section around the vessel, several metres at a time, and can take place throughout the night to create a coatable surface by morning (depending on area).
